2012 Boys Travel Soccer Tryouts
Dates/Location/Times
Saturday, May 12th at Church Road 6pm-9pm
Sunday, May 20th at Church Road 6pm-9pm
3rd Date will be added if necessary
U-8/U-9/U-10, 6:00pm-7:00pm
U-11/U12, 7:00pm-8:00pm
U-13/U-14/U-15, 8:00pm-9:00pm
Information you need to know for Tryouts
· Players must attend 1 of 2 sessions to be considered.
- A 3rd session will be scheduled if necessary.
· Players must be registered and paid in full prior to the first tryout.
· Paperwork will be processed at tryouts. Please bring the following to tryouts:
o Copy of Birth Certificate (New Players Only)
o EPYSA Medical Release Form (form will be available at tryouts or you can access on www.epysa.org)
o EPYSA (RG6) Participant Registration Form (form will be available at tryouts or you can access on www.epysa.org)
o Current school photo to be used for player pass. 1’’ by 1’’ would be best
o $85.00 travel fee per player (must be handed in during tryouts)
General information
· Travel soccer is a fall sport. Tryouts take place April/May, team announcements in May, practices start July/August, season begins Labor Day weekend and ends in mid-November. All teams participate in a Columbus Day weekend tournament
· U-8/U-9/U-10/U-11 teams play at Netherwood Field
· U-12 to U-15 teams play at Church Road Field
· We finish the season with an annual soccer banquet usually in January
· Games are played on Saturday’s and Sunday’s
· Away games will vary but typically you won’t need to travel more than an hour per game

U11: Players born between August 1, 2001 & July 31, 2002
U12: Players born between August 1, 2000 & July 31, 2001
U13: Players born between August 1, 1999 & July 31, 2000
U14: Players born between August 1, 1998 & July 31, 1999
U15: Players born between August 1, 1997 & July 31, 1998
U16: Players born between August 1, 1996 & July 31, 1997
U17: Players born between August 1, 1995 & July 31, 1996
U18: Players born between August 1, 1994 & July 31, 1995
