2021-22 1st-2nd Grade Girls Intramural Basketball Update (12/1/2021)
We will begin Springfield Athletic Association girls intramural basketball for 1st-2nd graders on Sunday, December 5th between 11:30AM and 2:30PM in the Springfield HS Gold Gym. Teams have been assigned and schedules are available on your "team page", available on the springfieldaa.org website. You may need to log in to access your schedule. We will play every Sunday between 12/5/2021 and 2/27/2022 (except 12/26/2021 and 1/2/2022 for holiday breaks). Coaches have been assigned and will distribute jerseys that the girls can keep throughout the season.
At each session, coaches will lead 15 minutes of warmup and drills and then play a 45 minute game.
We will follow school regulations on COViD protocols, masks will be required for all spectators, coaches, and players. Active players have the option to wear or not wear masks.
I have attached a map with a Springfield HS campus map with info on parking and location of the Gold Gym.
